A Roswell man has been arrested and charged with murder in the shooting death of another local man late Friday night at an apartment complex in the southwest part of the city. 40 year-old Paul Ybarra-Romero is accused of killing 26 year old Christopher Bargas inside the apartment of a woman who was Romero’s ex-girlfriend and Bargas’ current girlfriend. RPD says the woman and her three young children were in the apartment home in the 2000 block of South Sunset Avenue – when the shooting took place moments after Ybarra-Romero entered eithout permission.
